How we shall miss you. Not just our closest neighbour but a true friend of family and farm.

Such a support to us all. Always smiling and happy, always willing to help. How lucky we were.

Everywhere your craftsmanship. The laid hedges, coppiced hazel, the managed woodland, gardening and the planted saplings; all to be appreciated for generations to come.

The fencing, the firewood, bird boxes and the bat house. The discoveries - dormice too. What fun we had.

And of that not done. Huckswood - your retirement plan.

The people and places bereft. So much loss.
